About Aadhyay
Aadhyay is a technology company that designs, builds and runs software, cloud and automation systems — and builds its own products, starting with Institution OS.
What we do
Aadhyay helps organisations turn ideas and processes into dependable software. We work across the stack — product design, web and mobile applications, APIs and integrations, data, cloud infrastructure, security and automation — and we stay technology-agnostic so recommendations fit your situation rather than our preferences.
Alongside client work, we build our own products. The first is Aadhyay Institution OS, a platform for schools, colleges and coaching institutes, currently in private beta.
How we think about work
- Solution first. We start from the problem and the people who have it, not from a technology we want to use.
- Built to be maintained. Clear architecture, tests and documentation so the system outlives the project.
- Honest scoping. We say what we have not done before, what is uncertain and what something will really cost to run.
- Security by default. Least privilege, validated input and audited access are part of the build, not an add-on.
- You own the result. Code, accounts and data belong to you.
Where we work
We are starting in India, with in-person availability in Delhi NCR and western Uttar Pradesh, and work remotely with clients elsewhere. Our ambition is to serve organisations globally as the company grows.
