About
Mission and vision
What we are here to do, and where we want to go.
Mission
To design, build and run technology that organisations can depend on — software that fits how they work, infrastructure that does not surprise them, and automation that gives people time back.
Vision
To become a comprehensive, technology-agnostic engineering partner that an organisation can approach for almost any legitimate technology need — from a simple website to enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, security and AI — and to build products that make good software accessible to institutions of every size.
Principles
- Be useful before being impressive.
- Prefer simple systems that can grow over complex systems that might be needed.
- Tell clients the truth about cost, risk and timelines.
- Leave every codebase better documented than we found it.
